The self contained apartment comprises a double
bedroom/sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, separate WC and bathroom with
a Victorian bath and separate shower unit. There is a combination washing
machine/tumble drier. A TV/DVD and VCR is provided.
The apartment is available as either serviced or self-catering.
The serviced price includes:

* A hospitality pack on arrival
* Bed linen and towels changed on request
* Daily cleaning
The self-catering price does not include any of the above. Changes of bed
linen and towels and daily cleaning can be provided, but a charge will be
applied for this service.
